Veracruz.,November, 8^th 2011.- The Communication and Transports  Minister, Dionisio Perez-Jacome, inaugurated the Port Boulevard Second Stage.

Construction will allow the transport fluency directly from the docks towards the main consumption centers spreading benefits to locals users and long distance transports said the SCT Minister at the inauguration held on Friday November the 4^th.

In this second stage the Federal Government  invested 300 millions pesos along 6.2 km, this boulevard is a high-specification  highway with four lanes, two for side of the road.
